The 1 Hour Strategic Legal Session with Attorney Spencer is designed for prospects involved in active litigation, facing pending court dates, preparing for mediation, or seeking decisive legal direction without delay. It is also appropriate for those who prefer to begin their case with strategic planning rather than reactive decision-making.
During your designated 60 minutes, Attorney Spencer will engage with your matter as she would in active representation. This is not a general legal overview. It is a focused, working strategy session tailored specifically to your facts, risks, and objectives.
Together, you will:
- Assess your procedural posture and upcoming deadlines
- Identify leverage points and vulnerabilities
- Analyze custody, financial, or asset-related strategy specific to your case
- Determine the necessity of discovery, subpoenas, depositions, etc.
- Discuss courtroom positioning, negotiation posture, and mediation preparation where applicable
- Establish clear, immediate next steps designed to protect and strengthen your position
