Carlie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Troy University and earned her law degree from Campbell Law School. Carlie utilizes her background in data analytics to assist clients with their family financial matters with high level understanding and ability to provide comprehensive financial and legal advice during the division of assets or spousal support areas of family law proceedings.
During law school Carlie ran for Raleigh City Council and excelled on the mock trial team, receiving the National Mock Trial Outstanding Advocate Award. Carlie uses her extensive background in advocacy and public speaking to bring strong and strategic litigation methods to the courtroom when necessary to stand up for what her clients deserve. Alternatively, Carlie also has deep rooted interpersonal skills that she employs to get clients advantageous settlements.

Presently, Carlie channels her passion into advocating for her family law clients, showcasing expertise in various areas such as divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and more. Carlie also spends time working as a supervising attorney and professor for Campbell Law School's Pro Bono Family Law Clinic in Raleigh, NC. Most recently, Carlie authored and published "The Prenup Girl's Guide to a Successful Marriage" alongside Olivia Reiff. During her leisure time, Carlie indulges in outdoor activities like playing pickle ball and enjoying time with her pup, Remy! Her interests also extend to cooking, reading, and a favorite pastime – creating delightful charcuterie boards to share with friends and family.

MEET olivia reiff
Olivia first joined Strive in 2024 as paralegal and legal intern and is thrilled to serve all of the Strive Law Firm clients. As a North Carolina native from Cabarrus County, Olivia is passionate about strengthening families and building up the communities that hold them together. She fell in love with family law back in 2021 during her first job at a law firm—drawn to the chance to walk with the opportunity it affords to make a direct difference in people’s lives, helping them to find clarity and support throughout some of their most stressful and uncertain days.
Law school brought Olivia to Raleigh, where she’s now in her final year at Campbell Law as a Class of 2025 soon-to-be graduate. At Campbell, she’s been active in the legal community, serving as Vice President of Women in Law and participating in the Gailor Family Law Litigation Clinic to provide pro bono legal services to Wake County families.
Before law school, Olivia took a creative route—earning her bachelor’s
degree in art conservation from the University of Delaware and working in museums. That same careful eye and deep sense of empathy now shape the thoughtful, client-centered approach she brings to her work in family law.
Working at Strive Law Firm, Olivia has been instrumental in the logistical and strategic management of cases dealing with domestic violence, prenups, custody, financial matters, divorce, etc. Olivia most recently assisted Attorney Carlie Spencer in co-authoring and publishing “The Prenup Girl’s Guide to a Successful Marriage,” which can be purchased here.
Outside the office, you’ll likely find Olivia trying out new Raleigh restaurants, cooking something fun in her own kitchen, or curled up with a good book. She’s also a lifelong Girl Scout–always ready to lead with compassion and integrity.

Andrea brings over six years of legal experience to Strive Law Firm, including four years specializing in family law. A dedicated professional, she holds both Certified Paralegal and Advanced Certified Paralegal credentials from the National Association of Legal Assistants—designations recognized by the American Bar Association as benchmarks of excellence.
Andrea graduated with honors from Lander University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and a minor in Political Science, and was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.
Currently, Andrea is pursuing her Juris Doctor at Campbell University School of Law (anticipated May 2027), where she serves as an elected Representative of the Student Bar Association (student governing body); volunteers as a Student Ambassador, giving tours of the school to prospective students; and is an active member of Women in Law.
In her role at Strive Law Firm, Andrea supports the firm's commitment to compassionate advocacy, transparency, and forward-thinking legal strategies. She approaches every task with meticulous attention to detail and integrity. She prioritizes clarity and efficiency—helping ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality support throughout their legal journey.
